Sedona Hot Yoga was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Richards. Jennifer suffered from chronic migraines, degenerative disc disease and multiple bulging discs. After being put on bed rest and recommended for surgery, Jennifer decided to go against the status quo and use her life savings to instead open a hot yoga studio in hopes a daily heated yoga practice would heal her spine. Amazingly, the leap of faith was the perfect cure. Not only is she pain free, she lost over 50 pounds from her heaviest weight and is a champion for those seeking to become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves possible. Since the first studio opened in 2010, Jennifer has since added a second location in Cottonwood, AZ and founded a healthy fast-food restaurant called Wholesome Fast Food. Jennifer's life has also been radically transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit and in her personal experiences with Jesus Christ. She feels a strong call to hold a space of compassion, non-judgement and LOVE for all those seeking to become the highest version of themselves, regardless of their religion and beliefs. Even though Jennifer's classes are not "religious" in nature, many students feel the comfort and love of God in her studios. It is our greatest joy to serve the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of our precious community. We welcome ALL, locals and visitors, to enjoy our transformational classes and trainings!

It's true that we LOVE hot yoga! But we also offer many beneficial non-heated yoga classes as well, from relaxing Yin Yoga and Deep Stretch Unwind classes, to Kundalini Yoga, and more!
We strive to provide well-rounded yoga opportunities to suit just about everyone. Those who like it hot, those who like it not, and those who enjoy both!
Our "Unlimited" memberships give you the best opportunity to attend as many classes as you like, at both our beautiful locations.

The booking is 100% transferable to another date if requested 60+ days before the original event date, in the next 6 months of the originally booked date. The booking is 100% transferable if requested 30-59 days before the original event date, however the fee to change the retreat date is $300.

Yes. You can access core guided sessions and foundational practices for free. Additional premium content, features, and full libraries are available through an optional subscription.
No. You can use Rise on your iPhone without any additional device. However, if you have an Apple Watch, you can sync sessions and track heart-rate insights directly through your wrist for deeper feedback.
